There were 43 single-family homes and condos with a price tag of more than $1 million sold in metro Denver this February, which is a 37 percent increase from February 2012.

Boulder County had the highest number of luxury homes sold at 13, Denver and Douglas counties came in second at 10 each, and Arapahoe County at six.

Not only is this an increase from the year before, but a five percent increase from last month.
